But since we are already inapropriately interfering with your business case: shouldn't you be able to find some tech-affiliated talents (= Nerds) for internships? It is a legitimate start-up behaviour to exploit students...

well that seems true for my experience, interns work for you either free or for a allowance that isnt high.

and when you want them you can choose and offer them the market set salary or a little more?

i dont know how it works there in boston :D
