Yes, NT players can only be sold, not fired. If they are put on the transfer list automatically (team banned, inactive) they are put at their salary*10 price, max 1M. If they are not sold, they retire just like other players. It means nobody was willing to spend 1M on him and pay for his salary after that. Nothing wrong there.

Also, during the offseason, we will clean up all the NT's from retired players. Also, we will add code that removes a player from a NT once retired.

(164307) - the team is either banned or inactive, and since he still have player and didn't sold him i doubt he was bancrupt too.

After i got convinced that you can not fire NT(thought that got changed when fired player get on the transfermarket when fired and for salary monster such option wouldn't be bad), i beleive bielsa is right with the bug

Agreed, it was a bug that allowed him to fire the player. I've fixed the loophole so it shouldn't happen again. What do you think the correct course of action would be to do here? Relist the player for 1K?

We are trying to discourage daytrading of salary monsters, buying them to play one match and then selling or firing. We have already implemented the mandatory minimum four days to make sure you have to pay at least one player's salary. If this means that players with very high salary end up being unwanted, so be it.

With NT players, the situation is even worse. Firing them before having at least one training update would mean that they can be bought and fired over and over again without ever changing game shape (or receiving training). It just wouldn't be fair in the NT realm.

Having NT players is a tradeoff, they give you prestige and more merchandise but you can't fire them like normal players.
