Of course the flipside to these defensive monsters that many of us are looking to build is that build a guy with low-ish defense but 20+JS 20IS 20DR is much easier and faster to train.

In fact I've seen one close to those numbers and low salary going on the TL less than 2 weeks ago and he wasn't as nearly as expensive as the players who had 16+ SB (who all went for at least 1m). If this kind of player is pit against a defensive monster he will not be that huge liability because his poor defense is not going to hurt his team.

I'm actually doing this right now. According to buzzer-manager you can fit

12/2/12/18/18/17 - 11/18/14/10 inside the SS hardcap which is 132 TSP at about 107k salary...offensively can play pg at elite levels and also play outside PF

I don't think you have to have RBing as high as you have both of those builds because half the time these players will be rebounding against guards. Basically when the big is done training I will get a guard with the OD that I need and just pound away at the IS.

You would play him at guard and d-switch him to PF. 12 OD/18ID is great for PF. 18DR/17PA/11IS is great for an inside guard. It's untraditionally traditional. 12 JS/18DR/17PA I think would be fine for an outside PF as long as you don't use RNG. Ideally you would want more JS but the high PA will help move shots to other players.
