More time on training? No.
The bigs i posted use big man skills only that train very fast on tall players + PA which trains fast independent of size and some 1o1 for HD and DR...EASY training.

The guards are standard PG players and also very easily trained.

Your type of player will either train slow on OD or slow in IS (depending on size) as with 1o1 you dont get IS to 20.

My team is more expensive on salary (and yours is below the cap for 1. league, so more expensive than you think ;) but it will also win, which is good reason to pay more :p

tldr: your team will train 1 or 2 saisons less than mine to reach the given skills

I agree. You will still lose. To create a losing team you dont need any training.
To challenge the team i proposed you need a lot RB, ID, SB on your 5'10 guards which will take time to train, that was my point.

Dont get me wrong, i do agree that your ODDRIS will perform well compared to the salary, i just disagree with your implication that this will be the ultimate winning formula for BB. Thats why i proposed a team to counter yours that is similar (not quite as fast but still) easy to train.

Which leads back to the original topic: specialized offense teams like yours will always be one-dimensional and will be easily to predict while specialized defense teams like the one Manon tries to build will not face this problem as they are equally good vs all offenses and there is no GDP on defense. Only time will tell if this approach is successfull at the highest level.

I do. In most of those cases they chose between getting predicted or a less optimal offense.
Thats not really the same thing. Nr. 1 and 2 seeds just lost first round of PO btw. both using LI vs non LI.

I agree on all points besides #2. Bigs pretty much only defend jump shots of the position they guard. In 3-2, bigs defend an increased % of jump shots against everyone.

There are two reasons for #2
1) 3-2 gives a boost to your OD rating, so the OD of your bigs is actually better than the skill value and
2) the most dangerous thing for low OD bigs in m2m is an outside mismatch which is impossible in 3-2

SB=ID+3 works well. What wolph is looking for is something like SB=ID+10.
I dont know if and how this will work either...
