Did anyone notice that most of the teams on B3 play LI?...

Look Inside is still the most salary-wise option but managers who care about salaries won't be seen in B3 knockout stage from now on..

Are you kidding? I think many salary-wise managers made a good run this season and I expect it as the most successfull strategy in future.
I also disagree with decrease of LI this season and tactical balance as the squad get stronger.

What do you mean by sacrificing managers? These which are discussed in other thread as tanking startegy? I feel more threated by small country teams as king of monoi in long term. I mean countries were second highest salaries are about or even below 300k. Fortunatelly, they have money but still they don't have enough experience to use them in most effective way. But finally some of them will manage it and I expect it sooner than B3 win of sacrificing manager.
I don't agree that top guards are able to beat salary-wise outside defenders. Effective of inside attack is still much higher.
I don't expect that teams in B3 will be able to build roster comparable to NT level soon.

There is actually an imbalance in the game engine.

3-2 works much better for an inside team than 2-3 does with outside teams(and then this ones normally have to play m2m), it's easy to check it.

In other works, a great inside defender or outside defender can be outscored from another top scorer in m2m, but when the inside team plays a 3-2 the situation changes a lot while the 2-3 won't help on ID, just a little bonus on rebound and will lose OD...

Just check Pacers game, with m2m i bet he was going to win that game, the 2-3 dind't really help him.

Also it's really hard for outside teams to beat the HCA during the B3(first rounds ofc) against a good OD, scoring from the 3pt line it's so hard.

I don't know exactly how the box works yet, but i don't expect this situation changes in the future, unless there's a good tactical change which i don't expect.

In general I'm not fan of 2-3 zone, but with man to man he would lost much more in this case.
1) with 2-3 zone there were significant decrease in number of shots of my PF/C, with M2M his bigmen would have been probably fouled out before the start of the last quarter as they tend to foul very much
2) he would have had much trouble with my guards layups, but he would have less trouble with SG jump shots
3) with the same lineup he would be destoyed by jump shots of my SF
4) with different lineup he would loose much more on rebounds and also he would lost some power on attack
