yeah in my opinion this is not enough, because even a good shooting guard should have passing 9 minimum, so i would try to train it very fast

During this season he double popped in ID and rebounding. He also popped once in IS, SB and FT...Is there anyway or any how i can predict how much will his wage increase next season?

You can judge that by his DMI(if his game shape is proficient).So in your case it will probably be around 9k more or less.But you can try with that:
