Age & skills in handling and driving as numeric difference to the passing skill level (elastic effect) is needed to understand your feedback.

Righto, he's 19 and 6'9"

Jump Shot: pitiful Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: proficient Handling: proficient ↑
Driving: awful Passing: prominent ↑

Two weeks passing last season with a level 4 trainer and two weeks this season (only 46 minutes last week) with a level 5 for a total of 3 PA pops.

Very different from 4 straight weeks with 3 pops, but still interesting.

Can you elaborate on why it makes a difference when the 4 weeks of passing training takes place?

Under the wide assumption that passing cannot be trained as another skill's complementary training, I have to admit it doesn't make any difference.
The real question is whether PA improved (without pops) from other training regimen between those two 2-week sets of passing training, which most believe is impossible.

Sorry, but this is not true.

Shorter players train JR and OD faster.

Taller players train IS, ID and SB faster.

For RB I'm not sure, other skills are unaffected by height.
