We've witnessed changes that were unknown to the rest of the staff for seasons and they eventually found out about them alongside the rest of us, while reading the global forum...
On the other hand we know there is some kind of council and they vote for stuff, probably both on priorities and the actual solutions to be implemented (from a limited number of options I assume). We know that Marin, Perpete and Foto are on it and it stands to reason that it's either just those 3 or it also includes Nickleon, being the other senior member, plus someone else making it 5.

We know because in respect of the Fan Boycotting Perpete had a more logical position, but his preferred option was voted down by the others.

I really don't understand the reason for the unwillingness to get help from other people on limited aspects of the game, especially the ones that have no impact on the GE. Marin botched even the boycott and it is as simple as it gets: calculate if your fans are boycotting->apply haircut. Come on guys, just get some help, there have been people on the forums with the technical ability to help and, as they play the game, they said they'd do it for free when they had the time. Just keep the GE out of it and get 1 or 2 people to help on other things. Even a new adaptive website would help immensely and many people have asked for that.

If they want a test environment where they can experiment, please let us know what the goddamn cost of the new server would be for a year, I'm sure we'd be able to cover that cost easily.

My 1st issue with the game is lack of fairness to start, Now I don't know for 100% sure. But it seems like way too many long time experienced managers in the bottom leagues with huge bank accounts. This create a huge gap in competing. i have read there's a $25 million limit before tax occurs, Imho that is very insanely unfair to compete with in my level of play versus a long time experienced manager. i had seens mangers in own league of play spend $2-5 million for players.

+1

I said this when they first introduced the cap and suggested they make the limit lower depending on the league level. Unfortunately the loudest voices were from the masses that were now paying the tax on their millions in the lowest leagues.

If you read my guide not saying its right its just one of the many paths you can take. You can go into good debt and accelerate your promotion rate http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thread=288504&m=1 .

There is a gap in the nba from the 1 and 2 to 2-5 and only 3 real competitors in the whole Nba. I have never heard of anybody having $25 mil only in division 4 Lmao...

Training and getting a trainer who is efficient just depends on how you use that trainer and how efficient you are. My analogy is its like pool you can use the crappiest stick and still win.

This doesn't mean that you are not allowed to suggest and judge the decisions / changes / features and we are encouraging you and everyone to do it.

Having seen and been involved in many running battles, including deletions and bans, you'll have to forgive me for taking that with a massive pinch of salt.

Thank you for your guide.

I think long term experience trumps any amount of money saved, that plus millions in bank to start in a lower league is hard to over come. It does not have to be 25 million, that was just a example. it can be 8 Million, * 8 million spent wiselys with long term experience can over come anything, even honest training long term in the lower league.

Take that amount of money plus honest experienced long term training with solid players. There's little chance for a new person with little to knowledge of the game to ever achieve promotion or even a honest trained team.

Thank you fo your reply

To answer you question, I Don't know if lower priced players will help anything overall I'm too uneducated in the game to say that. I just assume by looking, that the trading market and the game has been around for awhile and this dictates prices. I would assume, i don't know. Also training is just too long term slow.

Games seem to be more inside offensive more than outside offensive and height does not matter in actual games only skills, height only matter in early position training from my seeing. I think that should change a bit, make it more fair to tactical approaches.

Its up to you to believe it or not. I will not try to convince you for this.
But you will allow me to know much more things than you about how things are working behind the scenes.

I'm happy to let you know more things than me about how things work behind the scenes if you'll point out where I've said you don't. Or indeed where I've mentioned anything behind the scenes. So why bring that up?
