well it happens in the nba too,

if you really want a player so bad then you really have to get him! remember peja getting a huge offer from new orleans :D

dont feel bad or guilty just because your the first bb team to offer stakes that high! it happens! if i was that player and was shown someone really wants me either ill be dumb to take it and not play hard ( surely a lot of players are like that ) or simply give my best

I explicitly qualified "have been there all along" by pointing out that the teams I was talking about were there by the beginning of season 3. What happened before season 3 I don't care to know, but I think it's fair to say that earning your NBA spot in season 2 was hardly an achievement.

So you're talking about two promotion periods, before seasons 4 and 5? A grand total of 8 new teams in the league. I fail to see your point.
