Saw an advert in hattrick.org that might help with some extra players! Goood job.

People are always keen on telling us how many people are leaving every week, and that whoever is last out should turn out the lights.

BB has more users than last week. Anyone else notice that? It probably doesn't mean anything, its just one week. But hey, its better than a negative isn't it?

Well, if there is an ad campaign running you should expect that to happen.

The more interesting thing would be to know if those are empty numbers or if those people will stay. With the current state of the game I'd expect they will leave again.

as a new user who started about a year ago, when the usercount already was crazy low. i can now proudly announce that i sticked to the game. the activity seemed still better than in other basketballmanagers (one of them died recently) and i liked the player faces i guess.

at the beginning some things would have been nice:

- a better tutorial (i didn't like the manager checklist)
- a few testgames against bots. hattrick has this option: you can have three testgames any time you want against a bot in your first week. they work like a private league game (no injuries, minutes)
- bots that play as if they had some kind of AI, maybe you could use the LCD mechanics for botteams?
- maybe some tips sent per mail. like: don't buy expensive players on the market, approach the game patiently, take your time to spread the starting money, a very basic guide to training, balanced players are nice, etc. (maybe a message per day for a week with newbie tips.)
- maybe an up to date offside/video tutorial that explains some strategies for beginners (if i have some time i will continue working on this one)

I agree with your point and the mobile app. The play by play needs to move to a newer language and not flash. BB interface including website design at the moment looks like its in the early 2000s. The website is cluttered with text and it would make it very hard for newbies to navigate around. These days, people are on their phone longer than they stay on the laptop and with busy lives, we like things to more simple and quick so this is why I think a whole redesign of the interface is important.

I just hope they will make a big change in play-by-play next season..

I dont care what it is but anything that will improve will surely help a lot.

This evening more then half an hour BB wouldn't let me access to set lineup‼

Why are You doing selective justice?

I think they should implement a YOUTH SQUAD/LEAGUE where we can develop our own players and promote them up when we feel they are ready or hit the age of 20...
