He should be extremely close to popping in IS, ID, OD and passing. He has received two weeks training of both with no pops.

Come on Canada scoop this guy up and keep training him. Unfortunately he just does not fit my plan to train guard skills for the next few seasons.

Good trainee. I would try to trian him but he would be a third priority and it just doesn't seem that he is getting proper minutes in might be a waste if he continued to train under me. I already have two trainees and was hoping to try a third but he might not get the proper minutes.
