No, en serio. En realidad a mi tambien me gusta ver la actitud de mis rivales, pero es obvio que aclara mucho del posible misterio que hay ene le juego.


La verdad, me alcanza de sobra con los misterios del motor de juego, que bastante misterioso y complicado de entender es. No necesita poner mas signos de interrogación al juego. Con ese me alcanza...

Are you thinking to introduce another tactic, for example a defensive tactic to defefend the best player of the opponent team man to man, and defend de rest of the team in a zone?

Perdonen el ingles no soy muy bueno, lo que quise poner es si piensan introducir alguna nueva tactica como por ejemplo un "cuadrado y 1" con el mejor del otro equipo.
O sea un tipo defendiendolo hombre y el resto parado en zona..

Mike Im sorry if I ask too meny questions but this chance to ask a BB for anything, we dont have it every day. And I dont do this on purpouse its because most of the questions happens at diferent moments...

* And the game shape as well as the natural position of the player?

Pregunta:

* La altura es considerada a la hora de calcular los ratings del emparejamiento?
* Y la forma asi como la posición ideal del jugador?

More tactics are possible in the future, but we don't have any plans right now. They are very difficult to implement.

Height is not a factor in matchup ratings or game shape or in the player's "best position". You will find, however, that there is a correlation between height and "best position" among brand new players. For example, before any training takes place, Centers in the draft pool tend will tend to be a little bit taller than Guards; some guards will be taller than some centers, however.

One day, I tried with some friend to analyze the matchup ratings on a match that was played between our teams. We used every kind of weighted averages and we couldn´t come across with any significant conclusion.

If the likes of "game shape or height or even position" are not considered in matchup ratings that leave me rather confused. I could compare two horrible players in one specific position (one starter and one sub) to the rival two players who were great players, both defensively and offensively. Yet, the matchup rating was pretty in favor of the two horrible players. They were teorically more capable of scoring more....

I´m still clueless about the matchup ratings. Many times they are not in sync with the team ratings...

I did not say that game shape was not a factor in matchup ratings... I honestly don't know how the matchup ratings are calculated. What I did say is that height is not a factor in matchup ratings, and that height is not a factor in game shape.
