In the few mounths the users is increase about 500,
In the past 2 of my friends were iscrived and they left after few weeks.
For both the reason was the same: low instructions in the manual and no data tables for each level of staff for example, the difference of %training beetween different potential etc..so new user need define rules and statistics for each part of the game IMO

Yes, there is not a absoluty true, but IMO I am agree with share basic effects for staff , training etc. You do not must share engine of match but an user prefer know all aspects of number and decide which street follow.
So...I approceted the new implementation oh mercha, great work.

I do not agree with facilitating/hurrying the start of the game.
That's not fair to someone who has already dedicated a lot of time to building the club's structure.

Even the justification of "attracting new players" won't do. This is not a "short shot" game and I think that if the idea is to attract new players, we would need to use strategies to attract players who like long term games. I can use my example: I only came to BB partly because it is a game that also involves planning and patience.

On the other hand, it is possible to slightly reduce the advantage of those who already have the structure built, but without eliminating this advantage once and for all; One way would be to make the stadium deteriorate over time and part need to be rebuilt from time to time.

Maybe that's a silly suggestion or it's not feasible, it was something that popped into my head just now... but it remains as a contribution to the conversation.

Many years ago, when I started BB, the distance between newcomer and old managers were around 15.000 arena seats. Nowadays is not just that, is 15.000 seats plus arena design plus other infrastructures. I have spend 5,5M for infrastructures (including arena design), how many seasons need a new manager to make that amount of money? I think we need to help them a bit, but not too much. It must not be easy to reach me or other users, but now they need much more time than me 50 seasons ago.

You almost got it.
I am against making easier for new players, especially if the justification for this is the lame excuse of "attracting new players". In general, players who need that kind of incentive to play a long-term manager game will likely be the first ones to leave the game, right after having a little fun with the game, when the competition starts to get a little tougher.

However, if the will of the BB community really is this (even if I disagree with its foundation), MAYBE it would be better to do this with changes that, instead of simply giving a stadium on a platter to newcomers, reinforce the need for continuous planning, bringing a "bigger weight" to keep a big club.
Greetings
