I second the notion that there be an indicator of next season's salary. This would also be helpful on the transfer market.

No guarantee that Buzzer Manager updates with the new system. We should also get a break on developing draftees.

Couldn't the salary be determined by the player's TSP?

With differentiation between inside and outside skill according to the position the player is listed in.
Example: Inside skill costs more for Centers and FPs, while outside skill costs more for Guards. Maybe the skills could have the same weight for SFs.

I think this would bring greater freedom in training (consequently diversification "at the top of the pyramid") while maintaining a certain fairness in the salary/ability ratio of a player.

I suggest this because today there is basically a formula of players around 160 TSP.

You can't find a guard of this level with 20 jump range (or pass) instead of 20 on inside shots and it practically makes it impossible for the bigs to have 20 on two - three inside skills
