imam igralca ki je ta teden igral 44 min na B ter 6 min na OI,želim pa trenirati pokrivanje dveh pozicij(OI ter B)Ali bo ta igralec dobil trening

trening bo dobil ampak hitrost treninga je samo cca 50 procentov tako ,da se za ta trening ne splača tako trenirati saj bo zelo počasi napredoval,tukaj je nujno da trenirate samo eno pozicijo....

Zdravo.šele začel sem igrati pa me zanima, če je dobro da treniram vzdržljivost zdaj ko bo kmalu konec sezone.Ali bi bilo bolje trenirat posameznike. Pa še nekaj me zanima.Pri približno koliko minutah na teden igralcu pade pripravljenost?

Mene neki zanima..Ali igralec sploh lahko napreduje, če ne dobi 48 min. oz. polnega treninga? Meni osebne se to še ni zgodilo zato sprašujem,.. :D
