There is no attendance revenue for the tiebreaker — the game is “played for charity”. There is a payout for winning the finals, plus the promotion bonus, and losing the finals only gets half of the “win the finals” payout.
If you win in game 2, you will only get two training games next week, that is correct. Whether or not you “should” throw depends largely on how at risk you are of a game 3 upset vs how valuable the extra training game is to you. Personally, I plan to win my final in 2 and lock it in, even if I have to team train next week.
