siguru nga, first time lang kase may nakapasok sa team ko sa 3pt competition kaya di ko rin alam, malamang may required na 3pt percentage para makapasok.

so kung mataas na ang salary ng trainer ko ibig ba sabihin mas experienced sya magtrain or time to replace na?

gaano kataas ang salary sa trainer mu at what level siya? having a high salary won't impact training. its the level of the trainer plus what league you are in. the higher the trainer the lower the league the faster training is.

Trainer Level indicates that. Walang effect ang salaries sa skill.

Good trainee n yan para sa league 4, kung gusto mong mag ka star player team mo at boost na rin sa merch mo, pero kung para sa U21 at income palagay ko hindi.

helo everybody lalo na sa mga veterans jan.

may mga tanong lang po ako..

1. balak ko po kasing magtank next season para makakuha ng magandang draft pick, kaya baka pwede pong humingi ng konting suggestion like, Paano po ako mamimili ng idadraft para siguradong magandang prospect.

2. saanong klaseng depensa po magandang gamitin ang isolation offense?

3. ang height po ba ay meron pang naitutulong sa actual game or sa training lang talaga?

Iyan po muna ang mga tanong ko.

Tama si Greedy.. pero maidagdag ko lang dun sa 1st question mo.. kahit kasi 1st ka sa draft ndi automatic sayo ung pinkamagaling ng rookie.. nakadepende talaga yan kung gano kadami ung scouting points na investment mo para mas madami ung ma evaluate mo na rookie.. mas lalaki ung chance mo sa magaling na rookie..

in short.. kailangan mo mag-invest sa scouting points.. just tanking and making the last place on your league will not automatically give you the best rookie in the draft..

in my case nga dahil ndi na ko masipag mag scout.. i just invest 1 point per week.. pero kung gusto ko tlaga ng magaling na rookie.. sa transfer market ako naghahanap.. madami din kasi nagbebenta nun...

Opinion ko lang ang gastos mu pagscout ng rookie buti pa bumili ka nalang sa TL. Ang draft swerte swerte lang talaga. Kasi no matter how high the salary of your rookie and how good his potential is pero ang skill distribution pangit malas ka din :)
