I think they should implement a YOUTH SQUAD/LEAGUE where we can develop our own players and promote them up when we feel they are ready or hit the age of 20...

The game must change. Training must be much faster, 25-40 % would be a good idea. A mobile app wont bring new users but it will certainly help the current ones.

Drafts are almost useless they way the are right now and even with the changes in 19 yo players. The market is really small, you can barely find a good player in a reasonable price.

My suggestions

1. Increase the skills and number of quality draftees and make them all 18 yo and the peak of a skill would be 8 (strong). Or keep the 19 yo with 9 (proficient). Only 2-3 drafts are having a career from 48 which does not happen in the real world, since GM's like to treat BB like a real time simulation game. Most of the players dont bother spending their money on drafts since if you can make money through the arena and then you can buy a desired player with specific skills, then why spend money on a random investment where you dont know for sure that its going to be profitable ?

2. More starting money to new registered players, or bigger arena or faster building times to all players. You must wait at least a year before actually start to enjoy the game at its fullest, with a good arena and a strong team.

3.PR managers are a joke, and dont worth their money. A lvl 3 pr manager with 12K every week, does not give you his money back and more, its only damage to your weekly income. Since the last 2 seasons I have lvl 1 pr manager (4k to 7k) and Im doing very well with my attendance

4. Fan survey is way too strict. One injury can lead to some unexpected losses, leading to much lesser weekly income and a bad season. 2-4 injuries per season can destroy a team economically. BB is trying to simulate "real life basketball" situations yes but lets dont forget that we are here to enjoy ourselves through a game we love, not get frustrated over consecutive injuries (which ok sometimes is bad luck I totally understand that) that destroy our training/economic plans that we are patiently designing over months and years

1. [drafts]

2. More starting money to new registered players ...

3.PR managers ...

4. Fan survey ...
I agree with some of that:

Training must be much more logical.

1. Actually, I like the drafts. Picking 8th and 13th in two of the last three seasons, against human managers, I got Hall of Fame potential guys. No complaints there, just do your scouting logically.
2. Too much money in the game already, and it is a serious problem. Inflation is out of control on the transfer market, leading to day trading and making the cost of players wildly out of proportion to their value to a basketball team. Marin says it has to be that way to reward managers who train and then sell kids. I hope he soon realizes that it is training that is too expensive, and if that were corrected then there wouldn't need to be sky high prices for trained young guys.
3. PR managers probably need some work.
4. Fan surveys probably need some work.

dude dont judge from your own perspective only . you are playing the game only 5 seasons. Im talking about the big picture here. How exactly are the drafts ok when only 5 % of the draftees are making a career in teams 80 % of them is getting fired or used for scrimmages and the rest 15 % is selled only to be fired again.

I got 2 all time greats without even paying anything in the drafts just because no one cares about drafts the way they are. Just because i got 2 all time greats or you got 2 hall of famers does not mean the drafts are ok. Check your league's history the past 5 seasons and then tell me how many players were worth training/bying. Then you can actually have a good idea about drafts. 5 x 48 players = 240 players. I bet the developed players are lower than 25 % (less than60 players) maybe lower, this isnot a realistic depiction of drafts.

pr and fan survey probably need some work? Looks like you dont have much of an idea about them either. lvl 3 pr managers and over are useless. go figure it out for yourself if yo uwant to. t

Anyway, I didnt mean to be aggressive towards your opinions, but you should make a better research before you make posts like that

cheers, i decided to quit the game anyway

No prob, I like that you at least try to address the issues. Of course, made up statistics don't really do that, do they, at least 89.9% of the time. :-)

There are two ways for players to enter the game, as draftees or as new players on a new team. Your 25% figure only places 7.5 draftees on rosters in ten years (25% x 3 per year x 10 years). That suggests more players originate as players handed out to new managers than draftees. That seems improbable.

Do you disagree that PR staff and fan survey need work? Or did you agree but had nothing to add? Just wondering.

For me, the game is a back garden. i join the game not so long as others. doesn't have big goal to win the title.
just want train the player, build the houses, watch the games.
If the game speed is so fast, like training speed...may not good for me.
It's a problem of who is the most of player--20~25yd ? 25~30, 30+
I thinks player lost is the finnally way to every game, what ever the game is.
build the BB like social is better than like a game.
