We wrote rules for that as part of the format.

Unfortunatelly, in game manual has been still rules for old format
(http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/rules.aspx?nav=B3)
Even 3 months wasn't enough to BB-staff to find 10 minutes to re-write it.
Thumb down for it ...

Here we're not discussiong about the legit freedom of the administrators to take decisions about the game, and we appreciate a lot the work that generally you make with this game
But if you are searching more involvement from the communities as you say here
If you would like to suggest a different format, we do have a forum for that, as you know. We read everything posted in it.

and generally the users haven't the possibility to know some things like that
Again, we knew when introducing the system that a wild card would be needed about 50% of the time and that we'd have to pick one.

How we can suggest if we don't know about this incoming situation?

There is the point where there is a real bloackout;again the criterium to give Hostivar the wild card was reasonable and good, but if someone would have expressed the desire of a different system,he couldn't have the chance to do that

I don't understand what he exactly mean by this question. He wants to play BC Hostivař with argentinian flag next season B3? :-D

if the place you 're going to take in the B3 corresponds to an Argentine team, why not?

BC Hostivar with argentinian FLAG is invincible

I think if wild card will be needed next season someone else will be given as I have this week 2 chances how to enter B3 regularly (under the flag of Czech republic).

I think you might have it wrong. BC Hostivar is now playing with the wild card spot. The discussion right now is about the legitimacy of that measure(because is clearly legal) and the involvement of the community on the decision(wich is again, a legitimacy talk).

The spot of the Argetinian Cup is for next's season B3 and we don't know right now if someone is going to use it or not.

but this isn'#t that curious, because lot country send just one participant to the B3, so many country just use one of their possible to tickets.
