We always need good defenders. now we have very low defence but good attacking players. I think he will have good change to make it to the u21. It takes time and you need to stick with your plan.

He's not perfect, but how many Indian 18 YOs are being trained? He's being trained as a SF. I think he'll make the U21 team easily, maybe even good enough for the senior team. He'll be a very good defensive player when he's finished, with sensational+ OD and ID by the age of 21.

I guess you're right. There are only a few Indian managers that do know how to train players and when considering that, your player does have a good chance of making U21. But yeah like I said, one position training all the way IMO.

Good to know. Hope his training schedule goes well without any problems like injuries, fouling out etc. If you have any questions, you can ask me and I'll help you out :) Good luck with him.

Today I had a little chat with Manager: N#23 our NT coach and what we where talked about was that he wanted to help more out with the younger guys. Im agreed with him becouse after they have played for the U21 team than they will move up and play for the NT. Most of you guys know him already but this is his link http://www.buzzerbeater.com/team/59308/overview.aspx

I think this is absolutely true and very important if we want to improve our NT (ofc we do!!!). Not many managers train players who've reached the age of 22 etc, consistently, so their skills stop imrpoving there. As for me, I'm planning to train my player who's currently on the India U21 NT until he's as old as 27 (unless his salary goes crazy).

I rembember people to join the forum if they want. I will not be able to be there now :/ at least not all the time.

(13931) our first loss this season. both teams did tie. i think this is not so bad results in fact. we will try to grab a 1 win in the next two games. I think we can take ecuador with good gameshape... but about this game im not satisfaid. very low scoring isnt very good. but we have been working on defence with most of our players this season. and we are playing on 6 players in the 10 man roster in the game who is 20 years or younger. so there is future here:)

This is a very useful program in case you weren't aware of it. With all the new Indian teams signing up recently, there are a few nice trainees being produced.

Dharmacarin Singhai (19181397) looks like the best of the lot.

(I updated too many Division 3 leagues so there are a few computer managed players on the list)
