I don’t know if this is the right thread to post this qestion.. if not, I’m sorry if I have brought the thread off topic.
I also see that it hasn’t had any replies for a while but I hope someone can help me.
I understand some of the reason why to boost the enthusiasm, but when do you boost it for? Is it for the playoff? TV games, rival games or what?
My first thoughts were to boost it for TV games and the rival games since if I win those games my supporters will be happier. But now I started to think about it might be smarter to use it in the play off.
Is there anyone who can explain how to use it the best way.. I have only played for about 3 weeks so any help is appreciated.

the way how i understand it, enthusiasm doesnt have a bigger effect just only for cup games, play offs etc. How higher the enthusiasm is, how better they play in any kind off game. So a good management off your enthusiasm is very important...
I have raised mine from 4-5 to 8 and my best players player rating skill went up from 9 to 11.5. I am not a big fan to use player ratings, but it does give an idea he got better due to having higher enthusiasm...

Ok, so when should I use churching time? I used it during my TV game, should I try to save it for something else?
And why should I not always play with an easy attitude?

you can play with low enthusiasm. i did it for a long time because I didnt know how important enthusiasm is.
Having a higher enthusiasm does make your players play better, how much better i don't think noone knows exactly.
And with regards to your question when to play crunch time, again it all depends on the situation, opponent etc. Doing it during a tv game isnt a very bad idea, when I picked it up properly on the forums, doing well in a tv game raises the amount off people coming to your home games. So crunch time will make you play better so doing it for a tv game is a good option...

I’m a bit lost what you refer to. is it “And why should I not always play with an easy attitude?” and then you ask “who is saying that?”
No body is saying that, it was a question from me, sorry if it wasn’t clear enough. I guess your answer would be: you should almost always play with an easy attitude, right?

Depends on competition and how others managers manage that but I would say you should.
