He may have lost some money on them, but that is because players all around are cheaper now so when he gets more players, they will be ultimately cheaper than they would have been 6 months ago, thus making up the lost cash. I'll have fun crushing teams in IV. though, so I wont care

You were almost there........

I think the difference here is that our definition of "there" doesn't necessarily align. I went after promotion this season, but didn't have the money to get over the hump. Still thought I had a chance, but couldn't pull it out. Regardless, though, getting to D2 or the NBBA isn't some ultimate goal I have in this game. Mainly, I just want to enjoy it.

So, while I lost some money in those transfers (which isn't shocking, given that a 25 YO MVP big man is worth more than a 27 YO MVO big man every day of the week, especially one with 1 OD...), it isn't a big road block for me right now. I have more than enough bank now to do what I want to do for the next few seasons, which probably isn't promoting.

Haha. Don't fear me, though, Smedlock. Soto is going to eat enough salary come next season that my depth won't be enough for promotion...

Is your goal to have a NT player?
It definitely is a difficult route for a DIII team to train a NT big.
And the low assist/high turnover rate might not give you very good reward when you plan to sell him.
Good luck.

Not necessarily.

Agree. Which is why I'm not training his primaries at all.

See above. Notice I played him at PG last game... I will promise you I will get more than $375k out of him when I'm done.

Good luck.

Thanks! You too in D2. Well deserved championship.

In other news, no offense to Bruce Roche and CA Foreigners, but how in the world does Eugene Smith not win MVP?
