Thanks guys,
don't mind me, I'm not discouraged, and I hope rest of the Korean community is not discouraged either.
as I said in previous season, I expected this rebuild / downturn season(s). It was already a huge surprise that we made it into the 2nd round in last season's Asian Championships. So I'll keep getting wins where I can get them and keeping the hope alive!

Well, winning the first quarter was more than expected. The second one wasn’t exactly great but maybe after the break our guys will keep the points differntial to less than -30...that would be awesome. It‘s really fun seeing our team perform. And a lot of those players should still get better. And I‘m impressed: your shin has 3 Mio DMI at GS 8? More than HS We with GS 9? I guess I sold We too early.

-38. Did look good after the third quarter but Hong Kong has to many great players, especially off the bench. And HS We could have hit a couple more of his threes. But looking at the boxscore, I guess our offense already is pretty good compared to „big nations“. But our defense...well. Lacking a lot in rebounding (I guess we need a SF with at least reb 12 to solve that problem. And PF-C with 16/17+ rebounding.) Free throws weren’t great either, but I guess that will improve. Looking at quarters 2+4 I guess stamina might also be an issue...so: let‘s keep working hard to get Korea into position to win championships.

Their subs killed us. HS We shooting kinda too

-38, it's the same gap NZ had against HK, so we are still in the bubble for the qualification.

Next week, we need SB Lee in shape for once.

Yes, I saw that, too. But I thought we‘d have a good shot at getting a smaller margin than NZ. Well. Tell SB Lee that he‘a needed. Sorely. It‘s such a shame having a guy that would start every game if in shape see just a couple of minutes now and then because GS is not managed...

I just realized yesterday (before the data was updated) that HS We already entered the Top 10 in carreer assists for the NT. I wouldn't have thought he'd first reach that milestone before entering the Top 10 in scoring but I guess dishing out 69 in a season did help to get close^^. If I'm not mistaken, he kicked out Eun-Ik Baek letting the proof disappear that we had a big in the past that could pass the ball as well. But I guess it's going to be hard to reach your Lim or SB Lee. Even HJ Lee will be tough. But Top 5 should be possible. And if he dishes out more, no harm done.

Maybe stop training a PG then

Well, HT Kim is not really a PG - yet. And the other younger Kim will probably be something like a SG/SF. But you never know. I'll be happy if HT Kim surpasses HS We at one point. And both still stay in the Top 5

And if you tell me to stop training a PG ... should I give you yet ANOTHER SG? That's probably just to let Shin take all the scoring credit and give less time for HT Kim. No, I won't give in so easily. HT Kim is set to become the best PG for the NT. I promised you green passing skills. And you shall get them. Even if it takes me until he is aged 33. (But I sure hope it doesn't take that long^^)

Congrats Perpete
the NT is on the up and up

and i just took inventory of the U21. We're going to only have 7 players remotely available for the team next season no matter how well training goes. =T
it'll take another season or two before the U21 in back on the upswing

I think we go through.

Yes, you did it! Close call, but hey: +16 points compared to NZ. Great achievement to reach the second round. I had a quick check a couple of days back as I was looking at HT Kims U21 stats. Even though he has the most TSP now, and third most u21 games played, he wasn’t the big star back then. Because all of his teammates (minus one guy) that are in the top 3 are now part of the NT. We‘ll get you a new generation soon, statsman. No worries there, especially with the increased number of draftees. Even if it‘s only two more every season that get trained that will definitely make a difference. And i intend to finish HT Kim next season for the main part, so I‘ll have an additional training spot free pretty soon, I guess.

Very proud of you guys!!

:)
