PJL: Well this is our 1st SBBL playoff appearance, we will try not to mess thing up. we saw the congratulation post from our fans, we will not fail you guys, this will be a fun game. Confidence i will not say 100% but we will put our 101% effort.

AKL: woot, finally have a taste of local SBBL playoff that the GM promise me.. u ask me about how much confidence? NT coach love my skill, coach love my skill, i love my own skill, what do you think? pass me the ball and see la.

Why aim 5th spot?


So that they no need to pay player salaries ;)

Many people in the BuzzerBeater community have suggested that some teams attempt to land in fifth place at the end of a season, often losing games intentionally to drop down from fourth place so that they don't have to pay player salaries for a week. In response to this, we're changing the end-of-season distribution of finances: Starting this season, instead of paying no player salaries, teams in fifth place will be required to pay 50% of player salaries for the first playoff week. In addition, as an incentive for third and fourth place teams, playoff attendance revenue will be split 50-50 between the two teams instead of 67-33 in favor of the home team.
