Duarte, next time send me the text, and I'll translate it for you ;)

But I definitely agree. Users are experiencing the feeling that they're not important, that BB is not really caring about them. And this is a game, but it's also a business, as some of them are paying a supporter fee.

Is well known that in every business, customer is having the right to be informed (and I'm not even coming to the "customer is always right" rule). If customers are not informed, they are getting angry. And then, they are not feeling satisfied with the service provided, so they stop paying for it.

In this case, the risk for BB is that there are a lot of supporters thinking about not renewing their supporter membership, and the ones not being supporter, they don't want to buy it until they are seeing that issues are solved.

And, as Duarte says, all these posts are only having one intention: to let BB know how its customers are feeling, and what should be done so they are becoming happy and satisfied again ;)

I don't know how you guys came to a conclusion that we don't care about our users. It is a very hurtful statement to make but an easy accusation to get away with, since there are delays, and since we haven't fixed them, it must mean that we don't care. You seem to ignore us when we say that we are doing everything we can to avoid delays, so I'm not going to repeat myself. Also, it's a complicated problem with no obvious solution. I've said that before too. We try to inform users whenever we can if there are delays too. We definitely care, it's the users who don't pay attention to what we are saying that feel the other way.

I don't doubt you have been trying hard to fix it, but the boxscore delay is not new in Spain, correct me if i'm wrong, but 10 seasons ago we had the same issue and it's never been fixed at all. Maybe it's not a bug, but yes an annoying thing that we have suffered and i hope it's fixed on the future.

I know there are lot of matchs in Spain(and europe ofc), but others communities doesn't seem to have this problem(for example USA managers say they don't have problems with it). The supporters of our community are receiving a worst service than others supporters, but we pay the same money.

Perhaps the reason USA managers don't have this bug is because we are the last in line for games to process. So there are other games being processed for the Americas at the same time that the box scores are being processed for Spain.

I'm not trying to say that this isn't annoying, because it surely must be. But it's just that this is the kind of issue that isn't truly a bug (it's not an error in the code per se), but is instead perhaps an issue of server processing load. Addressing that is probably quite difficult to test and optimize.

And as far as USA managers are concerned, true we don't typically have box score delays, but we often have the longest total delay in training, as it appears that the training delay "accumulates" as it progresses through the entire country list.

Sadly, it seems like Spain gets the double hit of also having training delays and box score delays. Let's hope the BBs are able to continue improving training processing, and that they can then address the box score processing.

Marin, I'm only have a question on my mind... This theme is turning complicated, wouldn't be better that Mark, who I suppose is the Headmaster of the game, would be come to this thread? (sorry for my english, I can't express myself better).
We are his customers, or customers of his company, whatever you like to say.
I'm not saying or questioning about your hability to solve the problems we have, but...
Best regards.

What would that accomplish? Mark would only be able to tell you the same things that Marin and I have been telling everyone for the past few months.

Ok, you win. But I'm not questioning the Marin work. He is an excelent programmer, and good BB. But this theme is turning interesting, at least for Mark. I have thought that him is the boss. If I have a problem with the product that a company sell me, and problem persist, I'll try to talk with the boss. And other questions that I prefer not say. But are you aware that if problems be solved, this wouldn't be neccesary? Think on that.

WOW!!! I can't believe I never thought of that. You're totally right. Starting tomorrow all of BB's problems will be fixed.

I'm sorry, but I doubt this kind of sarcastic comments are helping at all, even when they're comming as a reply of a rather unfortunate sentence...

I think they are. A lot of people forget that BBs love this game as much as we do, so they're tired of all the bugs as much as we are. But they've also got to read the same pointless complain every week... I would be very (very) tired if I was one of then... That's why I gave Ryan 1 ball!
