only if you assume that people who don't understand it vote 50-50 between the two options. maybe they all voted no because they are against everything, or they are ~66-33 like the rest of the voters, maybe most of the people didn't get it. then it changed the results dramatically. for example: if 50% of all voters got it wrong both options would have the same amount of votes.
although if you read the question wrong in a way that you assume the question is: "do you want autobid?". not only the answers are switched, but the matter of the question is a completely different. the question is if it would give an unfair advantage.
maybe you think it would give an unfair advantage, but you still want to install it (you vote yes in both cases; funny is: a lot of pro-autobid managers would vote yes in the pol because of this reasoning, but hinder the implementation of autobid with this behaviour) or you think it think it doesn't give this advantage but you don't like the feature anymay (in both cases no).

this is also why "We hate this feature and we don't want implement it!" would not answer the question..

but yeah. i guess it doesn't really matter. in fact i prefer the way the question is asked. i just wanted to blabla a bit.

I think ultimately the result is very clear: most people do feel it would be an unfair advantage. The split hasn't changed over the last few days and is unlikely to change even if you get 500 or 5000 votes.

For the record, I do believe it should not be introduced for everybody, if it means significant less money from ads. The suggestions from Trainerman were aimed at reducing that effect (eg. allow the 1 autobid only in the last 12 hours of the auction) but the changes in terms of page hits would be difficult to estimate in any case.

20 days ago, i celebrated my 7th birthday on BB.

I started BB as a student and now i'm a worker.

I didn't have money 7 years ago to pay for the game, but as soon as i started to have some while working, i let's say paid back all the fun i had in this game for all these years, and even paid some supporter feature as a gift to other people.

What i really loved in bb was the complete fair game between supporters or not.

I mean, being a supporter, you do not even have you players sorted by their number in scrolling list while setting up your tactics !

Implement this feature (which i would obviously love) would be IMO the first step to a pay-to-win game.
I'd rather keep a 100% fair game for every one than going this way.

I voted yes.
And i hope that BB would keep his no pay-to-win choice over the next 7 years :)

The results indeed seem very conclusive. We weren't wrong to think this would be a step in the wrong direction. Thanks for the reassurance.

I guess we can now retire the autobid crusade some users were on, at least for some time. Thank you all for your input.

I agree. It can work it need a lot of things ironed out.

As for right now, I don't think it can work in the state being said(addressed). It would lead to a lot of bad unfair things.

I think BB don't need more things on the said plate when they are getting some thing off it. I would like to see them remove a tactic from the game or add others instead f add tweak and add taxes so much.. That would freshen it up and expand the user base. In order to expand training ways, you need to create new ways of play. I think they did the right thing with 19 yr from the draft. It shows they are doing that.

they should express tactics or make a few new ones and show it can benefit from being a diverse manager. More tactical, more fun, creativity.
