Twenty two turnovers. 15-7 deficit on the offensive glass. A stretch from the final moments of the first to about the middle of the 3rd where the Generals were outscored 44-16. Those three things told the tale.

And now we got the old rival Deronimo coming to town, followed by a cup draw against a very solid d4 team in Tallahassee Technicals. A club managed by a experienced competitor who has a really good player in Frederick Schwartz, a 22 yr old Frenchman with a 50k salary, who will have plenty of usable minutes. https://youtu.be/IjVatNQr-GM

Well I thought he would have minutes to spare but he played his Mainstays hard last night against an opponent who is minimally engaged. And he has a good opponent in front of and behind me. So perhaps I am going to get a break on this guy, but I will still have to stagger my minutes to save something for the cup because we need the profit.

Congrats to the Kitties, It's been a long time since I gave up 50 and still lost. "Tip My Hat" you guys look good. I think Free Throws hurt mostly this game and unfortunately not something my trainer will focus on for awhile to come. I look forward to the re-match in the friendly stadium of Above The Rim with Mark Cuban yelling and getting Zagorny off his game.

Well done Rnd 2......Other than Sergio, nobody else could get going, and then when we did, we couldn't get a stop. Your guys played better than mine the entire game. Hopefully we can flip the script the second part of the season.

Tonight's package is of various entities entering the arenas of battle.

Cue: https://youtu.be/meaYfk1DBN4

It's fan appreciation night here in the Slaughterhouse as we snake thru our Tuesday slate of games. Though most pr men in the league are hoping their derelict denzien bleacher creatures got their debit card deposits. Or at least Generals management hopes so as they could use a good house.

Speaking of which the Generals tonight will be seeking to climb back into contention against their ancient rivals from the new river vally. Deronimo on the other hand would like nothing more than to deal a deathblow and to strengthen their position stop the conference.

The bunnies look to creep back to even as they play host to a timequake club trying to stay out of the cellar.

Sparty fans are feeling rather unappreciative about a start that has them looking at the rest of the standings from the hole. But putting together a winning effort against the steadily performing Pistons will be a tall order.

And the stormz will seek to wreck havoc against a Lions club trying to finally flower after seasons of steady incubation.

Over in club red....

The winners are hoping to survive the sharks attack and to finally snap their skid.

The Mavs and 2 tussle in a battle between two teams trying to avoid the entanglement of the relegation zone.

The Masters hope to take the bulls by the horns and to stay within striking distance of the top spot.

While tonight our feature presentation will see the blizzards seeking to put the kittens out in the cold and to chop the margin in the win column by half

Sybil will be here with her selections. It's a very special night in the 'Boro as it will be the unveiling of the Generals new "Union Jack" alternate uniform design. Plus we've got another edition of Vox Populi taking the fans pulse on some of the burning questions of the still young season. If you need your league 5 fix, we've got just the right mix as it's time again for BB2NIGHT!

And then there were none - in terms of undefeated teams with my kitties losing in an away TV match. Knew I was not going to make it for too long being undefeated.

Got no quibbles about the result - although a few stats jump out - I got 27 assists to 16, but also suffered 10 TOs compared to 1 and 20 fouls versus 9. Too bad there is no TV replay available in this televised match to verify things . . . .wait a minute . . .

Will be interesting to see who goes for the long cup run, and who focuses on the league instead.

I was surprised to see that because your boys looked to have matters well in hand, but that miss on tempo musta kicked in after intermission.

Now in the 30th renewal of the leagues oldest fixture the Generals surprised themselves. After seemingly built enough momentum by the middle of the 3rd and establishing a working margin of nine matters began to unravel. First Emolouga goes down for the evening. Then foul trouble kicks in on Webb eventually leading him to be disqualified with nine minutes to go leaving the responsibility for matters at the 4 in the hands of that "rookie". As the lead dwindled then dusappared it became evident Deronimo's coaching staff was keying in this area as for most of the final period the Generals were getting abused on the blocks. Yet key shots were made to keep it tight. Eventually in the dying moments the lead was retaken. A couple of stops were made in critical situations and the Generals went to the winners circle.

Well Hercules, my fans are disappointed your team didn't come with your usual intensity instead it seemed like a (TIE) affair and we (the fans) feel cheated out of a good game. I have been trying to explain to them that maybe just maybe your guys wanted to take a break before you CUP game. But, fans are fickle especially since we are your rivals. I hear my fans are trying to have more of Team Mavs colors in your arena than Round 2.

Good Luck on your Cup - It's a good team this week for ya.

Very astute. in the Buzzerbeater universe Gus Fring franchised out that mother.

I just do not like my cup draw at all, the opponent has a better starting five, I got the depth but the lineup is going to be staggered as hell im going to have to pull the trigger on GS this week. If I was playing tonight at home I would feel good about our prospects, on the road however this is a iffy proposition.
