rebounding I think needs to be rebalanced

Concerning rebounding, a long time ago Charles suggested this ((19533.27)):
On the offensive rebounding, we've looked at implementing the effects of offenses, and we're going to make that change for season 5 instead of now, because it's not fair to make a change like that without a prior announcement. I agree it should be done, but not without any warning.

I think that this was actually never implemented. Is there a chance that it will be included in the rebalancing process?

MMM...i think is unfair to take more value to rebounding, because a rebound is a consequence of a great defence or a poor attack,so it cannot became the mot important skill...the problem is only the visualization in team rating

Coming back to inside vs outside, I also think that the game is well balanced but maybe there is still a little bit advantage playing inside. I think BBs can see everything from the headquarter, stats and other things that we don't know.

Good point, we all have our opinions but we don't have all the data the BBs have.

re: Inside vs Outside. I've been here long enough to have been both an inside and outside focused team for several seasons each. IMO, it's better to be an inside team in BB fora couple reasons:

1 - inside players are easier to train. they might have only a few good skills, or maybe only two in some cases (IS and Reb) and can be very effective. Also, inside scoring can be trained very quickly as one position training for center. Jump shot is two position training (which also requires you to have 4-5 trainees to do guards), and also they need at least some jump range. This is a huge difference between building in inside vs an outside scorer.

2 - Inside focused teams generate lots of fouls, drawing free throws and putting opponents in foul trouble.

Now, rather then making major adjustments to the GE, id rather see some realism added to the SF position. Taking a center and plopping them in at SF and playing look inside is completely detached from reality. I'd prefer to see the SF mature into closer to what you'd expect from the typical SF in real life. Then you can leave all the other minor advantages mentioned above and solve the issue this way.

I think that inside teams have a little advantage over outside teams, but not a big advantage, we just have to see the final of the world cup between Spain and Italy to see what i mean.

Anyway, when we started to play we made a choice about what kind of team we wanted to be, the game always let us making different choices, the one who wins is the one who better understands the game and makes the best choices, i dont think that BB should change, i think that users should change to what they think its the better option. And if some day you see 80% players playing inside and just 20% playing outside, then its time to make changes, but no if things are equilibrated (i dont know how currently are).

About the rebounding, i think that its unacceptable that could exist more differerence between a 2 and 3 than a 15 and 20. If you pay for a legendary (or train till legendarize him), it should make some big differences, i think.

Thanks for your answers and your explain to the OD rates, i always thought that was the handling of the SG what was showed in the rates instead of the OD, but the JS makes more sense know.

Ah I forgot...

I think you can see also the tactics choosen by the teams, there are some tactics that aren't used like: base offense, push the ball, patient, low post and above all princeton.
I've seen a lot of matches and the tactics choosen more or less are always the same, look inside or motion/run&gun. Could be done something to have more winning tactics choice? As written in another post, an extreme defense tactic against inside attack (like 1-3-1 against outside) could be introduced?
