Yeah I don't know what you mean about IS for SF but maybe it's b/c I designed my teams around a (relatively) high IS SF
i think we have discussed this subject before..
they decreased the inside production from SF spot to kill three big men tactic..
of course it still has benefits but too little for that skills according to my observations..

They raise the importance of driving skill,especially for inside oriented tactics,so the old strategy to put 3 pure big mans and hold the defensive outside wekaness with 3-2 started to fail...but Shulman had a pretty high drving skill too,so he would have been perfect at SF in inside offence or as PF in outside offence.At the time he was trained,he wasn't a great player(four seasons ago it would have been a waste all these driving-handling skill instead of JS/JR),but actually he is near the top talking about SF for inside offences
