am watching USA - Serbia. this game looks like what our game was, if somehow it could be animated. ugly on a computer screen, ugly on TV.

This would be the best Game in the world if it had animated graphics

As if game day wasn't entertaining enough: graphics would attract and retain new mangers, I'm sure.

It's a shame the cup takes away from the MVP results -- Bowens got gypped. Also, that one game he played 3 minutes screwed his perfect stats.

Not so fast! If you're talking about Fumbani Mdokwana (33420712), Jerry Beirne (33418019) is a year older and makes $25 less per week. (Håkan Jonasson (33413508) & Carlos Danger(33427292) are both in their 40s already, though more expensive).

Anyway, have a feeling you'll win. We've both got teams of 1 salary monster and a bunch of scrubs, except your salary monster is much better. Plus you've got a big enthusiasm advantage probably. I was chasing a 1 loss team all season after staying in the cup too long. Which turned into scrambling for an auto-promote spot. (on the bubble, might be short on PD)

Wow, I wondered if that might happen....I think it has as much to do with the Cup as the rest of your team is so awesome that stats get spread around pretty good. That said, I can't honestly say that Tashkov is the MVP of my team, let alone the league ;)

Also...it's a little surprising that a player who didn't even start in the All-Star game for his Conference goes on to be League MVP.

D2 Update

II.1 - Extra Crispy (29519) vs. Michigan Blasters (23376)
Extra Crispy is went 22-0 in the season and managed a win against the #5 ranked San Francisco Warriors despite playing with less effort against a double GDP guess. I think they're the clear favorites but then again, they were last season too.

II.2 - silver dogs (29395) vs. Mad about Modolva Mud (31658)
The league's consensus seems to be that silver dogs will take this one. They are also the #1 seed for the league and ranked 7th in the nation. However, silver dogs currently have a 70k big and a 20k guard out with injuries so the door may be open.

II.3 - Irvine Anteaters (28437) vs. TarTeam (31289)
TarTeam upset the number one seed Seagulls, possibly due to an injury, to reach the finals. 8ants' Irvine Anteaters look to be the favorite. I used to play in III.1 with the Anteaters clear back in Season 17. Should be a good series. The Anteaters made a one season stint here not too long ago.

II.4 - Serenity Valley Browncoats (29974) vs. GS_Warriors (29020)
The Browncoats are a very good team that had me nervous about my promotion last season. The GS_Warriors however upset the number one seeded team in the league on equal effort to reach the finals so they can't be counted out. GS_Warriors have speant a season in the NBBA while the Browncoats are looking for their debut. I honestly don't know how this one will go, but it should be a fun one to watch.
