This also depends on your opponent's stamina. Besides that fact and like I said before, one training in stamina won't make a huge difference ;D

let me say it so, that i know that other teams rate stamina higher then me ;) And also against those teams i can see a drop in the last quarter - now with better stamina(through transfer maybe 2-4 trainings in average nothing change).

I hate Stamina.

If Stamina is too high it makes trying to keep a starters minutes under 70 really hard if he plays two games a week and you don't win one by 20pts.

High Stamina really effects your ability to get training minutes for secondary players and Game Shape.

Low stamina thought has its own issues

I also prefer free throw training over stamina bevause they help make the baskets and the coach just takes the players off when needed any way

1 train to maintain stamina during the season and 2 of free throws during your weeks with only 2 games...

i prefer both :D

It depends solely on my players. If they underperform in FT compared to what I expect from their skill level, I train FT. If they foul a lot or performs much worse in late quarters (they all have decent handling) than at the begining of the match, I train Stamina. Or I go with my gut feeling... ...which may be stamina more often than not... ;)

I can easily train 2 players who play a whole game, and five who play 35 minutes. I prefer to train 3 weeks of stamina in a year, and train free throw or other skills instead.

So what do you train during the All-Star Break? (Fts or Stamina)....How many times during the offseason do you get to train players?

Also, do you get a scrimage during All-Star break or do you just play that one league game that whole week?
