when the draft order releases, the next scouting will be for next season

No, that is not true.

It's three weeks before the end of the season.

Whether that applies to the regular season or playoffs I am not certain.

yeeeees thats exactly what i have said. 3 weeks befor draft u get the draft order and u are able to change it. Since then scouting will go towards next season

at least it was like this last season. if its like this again u dont need to ask anyone

That's not what I said.

I didn't say the draft order screen was available at that exact time.

So the draft info is probably going to be available 3 weeks back from the end of the playoffs, since it's not available now. I'll just assume any money I invest from that point onward goes to next season.
