i checked your games this week, and i suposse i know your problem.

You played three times with the same lineup, and your starters play very much especially in your scrimmage where 3 guys had 48 minutes. But you only get training for the first 48 minutes on the training position, so the minutes of the scrimmage are "wasted" for training porpose(if i don't miss player rotation to training spots).

Also gameshape is calculated on played minutes, the optimum is around 55-60 each week but on none training spot i think up to 80 a ok(two times starting with a backup), but in scrimmage let then home and play with your backup and scrubs. On training position i would rotate the starter also in the league games.

So in short, I should not be starting any player in both league game and scrimmage?

To my situation, the three that start both games should only start league and put useless players in their place? Guess my winning mentality has let me down. :P

Thanks for your help CrazyEye, that is very useful to know. :)

You should use the scrimmage to try and top up your minutes so as many players on your team as possible get around 65 minutes for the week to help game shape. So if after your 2 league games a player has played 60+ minutes don't play them, if they have played about 45 minutes u could play them as a backup, if they have played about 20 minutes u could play them the whole game.. No need to even play them in their proper position, its all about getting the right amount of minutes the result of the game doesn't matter. Its better if u find a team your either evenly matched with or worse then so u don't have a blowout

I know this is what the graph that has been circulating around says, but I find this number slightly understated and will probably recommend 60-70 minutes per week. Of course, that's just me.

Someone didn't accept my scrimmage request because he wasn't active.
Wish you could do scrimmage requests between Wednesday and Friday, I'm screwed now. :'(

edit: No profanity, please. Thanks.

For the future you should just see who is online then send out 5 or 6 requests pretty much always get someone who accepts. I wouldn't rely on 1 person accepting.
