I have never seen a player with legendary/21, just 20+...but probably, you can break the barrier of 21, but it will be shown as 20+...I think so, just my humble opinion :)

Its something the BB's may have to think of in the future as we see how players develop towards their full potential.

There is 21. Go to Set your lineup! - All star complexity. Probably the only place where such numbers are shown like that. (20+ on roster page etc.)

Edit: Yeah great rate me 1 for telling the truth? Absurd. (I'm not allowed do disclose which player I know this about but it works as I said).

Wondering why somebody would want to train a player above the 20+? i prefer 17 on 3 main skills rather 1 player with 20+ on 1 skill and several on 10. Also you have consider the market. Even if they get trained above the 20+ on the market nobody will know that so the price will stay the same

you could notice it through salary, also the player will perform better which is also intresting for the team and maybe the national team too(player with reasonable 20+ normally should be candidates there)

Well salary on those situations dont say a lot. Maybe that extra salary came from the decimals on the other skills, and not solely on the 20+ 1. Anyway i will never consider to train a player above 17 on any skill. I prefer the more all around player than those 1 monster skill, relative average on the others

but you could see that he have it, and skills above 20 ain#t that cheap that you didn't recognize it - maybe the most people won't watch but i could imagine that this calculation became common for nt trainers especially for the centers.

I would disagree. Numbers above 20 dont display correctly in Manage My Team Current Transfers so you know that players is off the charts.

Having certain skill above 20 is useful although I wouldn't train it so much. But when such a player is on TL you don't bother whether he is a 21 or 19 in the skill. Of course having more skills at that level would make Cardenas from him, but kind of monoskill player can be useful and actually quite cheap (both TLwise and salarywise - they can be way cheaper than 100k actually). Role players to some extent of course.
