I've read a couple times the votes will be announced on sunday, but according to the Game Manual:
On the Saturday leading up to the All-Star week, the votes are revealed to the managers (see the “Voting Results” link), as well as the roster for the All-Star game (“All Star Game Rosters”).

You have to think that it´s after saturday matches, in Spain it´s usually on monday because matches finish at 21:45(local).
