Well, a difference of 5 minutes is more or less what I was expecting.
It may sound like a subtle difference, but it can be very important if you have key players constantly totaling around 80/85 minutes per week. Doctors with massage skill seem to be relatively cheap, I might give it a try.
For 1-2 minutes, it's probably not worth bothering.
Of course I'm assuming that the difference should be evaluated in minutes, not sure if this is correct (it could be that it's the game shape drop itself that decreases, in which case it would probably be very hard to tell the difference).
