Conference ranking doesn't matter. It's based purely on record. (So theoretically the the first three picks could all go to the Big 8 before anyone from the Great 8 get a chance to pick, etc.)

During the off-season, I think it's under "manage my team" but I can't remember. It will cost you $100k.


I think it is actually on your team page, not 100% sure though.

Actually it´s hidden, as Chris said it´ll appear at post-season on his team page at the bottom.
