well that and also does it effect a player negatively...like if i have used him 70 minutes , if i use him again in the PL? Do the minutes count toward playing shape.

From the FAQ (144856.43):

However, nothing that happens in the private league match will be used for your team. So enthusiasm won’t be affected, you don’t get any income for winning or playing at home, your country and world ranking isn’t affected and it will not count towards minutes played for the week. This means that it doesn’t affect game shape and minutes played do not count towards training.
