I don't know about that, I think most drafts there would be at least 5 competitive rookies when matched up against 2 year trainees (also have to be locally drafted, not bought). I think 90-75 would be more realistic, and it's for fun anyway. I'm sure they could implement an option where you can turn it off, but you could just as easily not watch it.

Most of the higher leagues have 3 vs 2 games. How many of those drafted players are actually kept. How many of them really get any floor time. Perhaps one game per country could be a possibility. A game per league will lack players and talent for sure.

Only if no one in your league has any idea about how to train players.

A rookie of the year in the NBA or any other sports competition is a person that had a big impact on a team or sport - a BB-draftee might be good enough to make a difference for a Div IV or Div V-team, what would a rookie of the year look like in Div I?

Why not have exceptionally talented rookies in the draft who rock the league right in their first year (Lebron James-/John Wall-/ Steve Curry-/ Blake Griffin-style). I anyways think that the young draftees are always so weak, even the best ones are not effective and you need to train them so long. Maybe it would be a great idea to introduce per season two or three rookies, who can have great talent and skills (depending on the league they're drafted in) and who actually impact the performance of the team.

I think the draft should have the same chanches in every league, becuase the differences betwen the leagues are already quite big.

Also if you create a LeBron who could dominate top leagues from the beginning, you have to cut down training to realistic speeds so that player can not make this big jumps like in BB and i believe this will reduce the fun too, or at least change the gameplay of this game dramatically.

There is a potential limit which could hold them back...

That would be 100k+ players for most Div I-leagues by now - I dont think that would make any sense, if there were only 2 or three per country this would be really bad beacuse such a player would shift powers for sure...

More awards and recognition is a great idea. Be it ROY, or MIP, Scoring Champ, etc.

In Buzzerbeter, Rookies usually don't make much of an impact. There should be Defensive player of the year , maybe most improved and definately Sixth man. (Or maybe Great 8 player of year and big 8 player of year.)

Check the Suggestions they are important
