i have 6500/600/100/10 capacity arena and i fill like 89-98% of the seats i am undefeated in the league i get ~165k income average( ~87-95k in tickets, 14k in merchandise, 56k tv contract).

why does ppl want to "tank"? i can't understand that. do someone has a good example about a team that "tanked" season and was successful afterwards? higher league = more options to develop your team. and that simply is truth. why you would ever want to get less income?

Very interesting thoughts maybe i should rethink about all of this, i think i will focus on expanding my arena more thanks for the tips.

How about you don't expand your arena and instead raise your ticket prices. You will make more revenue, and you can save your money. Overexpanding your arena is a waste of money if you cant fill it, and you're not maximizing your profit.

Those new prices seem high. You wouldn't sell many bleachers at $15. Try looking at other arenas at a similar level and whether they fill their arenas. The other conference would be a good start seeing your conference is quite inactive.
