Didn't spend scouting points after monday, so I don't have minus points. However, I did not change my weekly investment in the draft (40k) and yet have not received my weekly 4 points at the begginning of this season. So I'm sitting at zero points, having paid 40k.

Exactly the same situation as in my case. I'd like to know how this happened...
