Am I welcome to be div. II.3 tai kor? haha just kidding ^^, I volunteer for div. II.3,

Actually I've been hesitating to volunteer because of the 3rd and 4th duty, I don't feel like BB-mailing managers.

Try and wait longer and see if anyone show-up to volunteer for my current division.
