One position training is key when possible. It gives you the most specific training towards your main trainees. Like dinkface mentioned if you bring in a high quality big men with good starting skills, he could be a force for years to come. Definitely try to focus efforts on inside defense to start out as well because defense is the biggest skill in the game.

Nekhay is good. Just buy one last tall, 18 y/o trainee and train all 3 of them at center in one position training.

hes, ok got a 7'2 would he still be considered a pw or more of a center?

that doesn't depend on the size. Theoretically, there might be 7' PGs. If the guy you buy is calledd a PF or SF, you can still train him as a C to make him a PF in the long run.
