Sorry, I was confused, you kinda grouped the 2 together when you said teams use team training this week and minutes dont matter. I get you now though...

So in other words, because I lost in the cup, I have no choice but to take a hit on my GS next week?

Why can't people who are no longer in the cup have 2 scrimmages instead?

hey buddy, all star week is great. hopefully one of your players will play :) dont worry if not as generally the choices are fixed by the BBIBA ;o)
it is fun to watch. no defense, the hoops are bigger - grab a pizza and beer and enjoy!!

oh if GS is going to be a real issue for you then you could team train GS. having said that any team not in the cup will have to manage GS from the same number of minutes so dont feel hard done by/feel like you should train that taboo of a schedule.
