you should keep your current starting SG as SG (unless you need the SG spot for training purposes, then shift him to SF) and make player 2 a SF. He'll be better than your current SF in no time. Player 1 is a better PG prospect, but you can definitely drag him with #2 when training outside skills (which you should therefore do earlier)

Jump Range, Passing and Outside Defense all need to be better for them, in that order (Passing and OD are about even, but JR really sticks out). Even for your 25yo. Train the two young guys and either let the 25yo soak up some of the minutes or buy one additional young trainee to train with those two.
