More importantly even with the d-league they still have 15 players. Meaning that if they send someone down then they only have 14 players. and you can only send players who are in their 1st or 2nd year or have league permission. So no matter how you look at it they don't have more than 15 players. Even in Italy they can only have up to 20 players play in a game for them the entire season or they forfeit the game.
