But he can still train JS or one on one for forwards, that will only require him to play at PF

using the new formula he is at potential 7.16 so he is capped

this doesn't allow for sublevels so it isn't 100% but u can be fairly confident

but the good news is u can keep training, it isn't a hard cap, i know a guy whose favourite player (an ex-aussie u21 center) capped & he kept on training him & got 1-2 pops per season

Thanks guys, from now on ill probably work with my other trainees, give them 1 position training, get their skills up to about the same level as Yury and sell him, replace him and get 2 young high-potential trainees.

The thing is, when i drafted him 4 seasons ago, potential was a quite unimportant factor to me, i looked at the cap chart and i just thought that the salaries wont go that high. Turns out i was wrong :D
