I've always had this problem with Internet Explorer. Firefox works well for me.

I just tested it out. Dragged and dropped a guy. No problem. I am running Internet Explorer 8.

Yes, it won't work on Explorer 10 on my netbook but works on Explorer 8 on an old laptop of mine.
