really????
or are u referring to the increase in rank after the economic update when the teams are botted out and the teams ranked behind that team get an increase in their rank....

Well, let's say your ranked 5000 and you lose against a higher ranked team and the team on position 4999 loses against a much weaker opponent.
This could improve your rank in the end.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.
