Could you help me find a player you think would be better suited for my team? I´m hoping to get 2 good guards or SF for a combined 600k (my current max)

That guy's not worth the money for a number of reasons: low stamina, low secondaries and passing, too much OD for D4, etc. Since your team seems better suited for an interior offense, find a guard with 12-13 OD, high PA and DR, and nice secondaries. Don't worry so much about going above 10-11 JS and JR, as your PF and C will make up for their offensive deficiencies.

What about a player with these stats...

JS- respectable JR-strong
OD-prolific Handling-prominent
Driving-sensational Passing-proficient

Age 24

Would he be worth it, and if so, how much should I be willing to spend?

Well, I´m working on training my 3 young Cs so I don´t think I´ll be training Guards this season, would he still be worth it?

If not, what about these players, are they good buys, and how much should I be willing to spend on them?

Player 2 Age 23 current price 250K
Jump Shot: proficient Jump Range: awful
Outside Def.: tremendous Handling: respectable
Driving: respectable Passing: prolific

Player 3 Age 22 (I know his driving isn´t where I need it to be, but do his strengths make up for it?)
Current price 540K
Jump Shot: prolific Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: wondrous Handling: proficient
Driving: inept Passing: prominent

If you're not going to train guards, either buy an older player or a capped player.

I think that you should improve your PG position, get a veteran (28 year old) with good passing and OD, I think that you need passing.
Don't waste more than 400 k, try to see how your season goes and balance your economy in order to have some superavit.
Later, get some new player according to your needs.

Trust me in D.IV this kind of player would be good enough,
Age: 28
Height: 6'4" / 193 cm
Potential: starter
Game Shape: respectable
Jump Shot: sensational Jump Range: proficient
Outside Def.: prominent Handling: respectable
Driving: prominent Passing: strong
Inside Shot: mediocre Inside Def.: awful
Rebounding: pitiful Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: mediocre ↑ Free Throw: respectable
Experience: proficient

I got this player for 350k which is a little over price but you can find players like this in the TL for about 225k-350k some with even better skills, this player is good enough maybe a pop in od wouldn't kill.
